We offer Express Shipping at a flat rate of the equivalent to $20 USD exc. duties and taxes per order.
Express Shipping within UAE is Free.
As the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges may be necessary to facilitate the release of your order from customs upon arrival. VOLCELLA holds no liability for any fees, taxes, or potential customs seizures. We strongly recommend that you acquaint yourself with the import duty, customs, and local tax regulations of your package's destination, as well as any relevant rules and regulations regarding the importation of foreign goods. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery attempt resulting in the item being returned to us, you will be responsible for the re-delivery fee and any duty taxes associated with the re-importation of the swimwear. If the duty tax exceeds the value of the swimwear, we will consider the package abandoned.
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order after it has confirmed through our system and payment has been received.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes, as all packages must be signed for upon delivery, so please ensure that you provide your daytime delivery street address and contact phone number.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email including a tracking number. If you have not received this email, please email support@volcella.com

If your package shows signs that it was damaged in transit please email our customer service team within 7 days.
