HOW CAN I INITIATE A RETURN?

Email us at support@volcella.com with your order number to initiate the process or request return.

WHAT ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?

Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of receiving your shipment.

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, including intact tags and liners.

Clothing should be unworn and free from washing.

Please note that free gifts and promotional items are non-returnable.

ARE THERE ANY RETURN FEES?

Refunds do not include original shipping charges.

You are responsible for covering the costs associated with return shipping.

CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM?

There are no exchanges available on sale items. All sale items are sold as final sale only. 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, you will receive an email notification indicating the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your request is approved, the refund will be processed, and the original payment method will be credited within 10 business days.
